Istanbul Aydın University President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın met with entrepreneur and IAU student Seyed Sepehr Moosavi, who achieved a first worldwide. Seyed Sepehr Moosavi won a gold medal in the Canada Inventors Competition with a fruit and vegetable drying machine operating on an electromagnetic system. In this regard, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın congratulated Moosavi on his success with the SM GLOBAL project, which can dry 4 tons of fruit daily using an electromagnetic system, allowing fruits to stay fresh for years without losing their vitamins or spoiling.
