WE FAREWELLED OUR UNIVERSITY’S BELOVED MOTHER, HACI SABIRE AYDIN
The honorable mother of Istanbul Aydın University’s Founder and President Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, and the Rector of Istanbul Aydın University, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Hakkı Aydın, our dear elder, Hacı Sabire Aydın — has passed away.
The passing of Hacı Sabire Aydın, who was devoted to the spiritual values of the society, who exhibited an inspring attitude to her family, her environment and the children she raised throughout her life, has deeply grieved everyone who knew and loved her, especially her family.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın remembered their precious mother Hacı Sabire Aydın with the words “We remember her with love and send her off with longing; she will always live in our hearts.”
We wish mercy to the deceased from Allah and patience and deep sympathy to all her loved ones, especially to the Aydın Family. May her soul rest in peace and her place be heaven.
