
The Küçükçekmece City Council Board of Directors held its August meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın.
The meeting once again highlighted the importance of cooperation and collective wisdom in local governance. The city’s needs, ongoing projects, and strategies for the coming period were evaluated, and views were exchanged on sustainable solutions.

The Küçükçekmece City Council’s Meeting to Meet and Inform Neighborhood Representatives was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın. The meeting was also attended by Küçükçekmece District Governor Mustafa Anteplioğlu and Küçükçekmece Mayor Kemal Çebi.
At the meeting with the village muhtars, who are the most valuable representatives of the local administration, the needs of the neighborhoods, the expectations of the citizens, and the vision for the future of the district were evaluated. It was emphasized that the muhtars are the voice of the neighborhood residents and the strongest link in democracy.
At this meeting, organized under the leadership of the City Council, evaluations were made highlighting the district’s needs, strategies for the coming period, and the importance of a management approach based on collective wisdom. It was stated that cooperation with neighborhood representatives is of great importance in making Küçükçekmece a more livable, safe, and strong city through a participatory and transparent management model.

It was noted that the contributions of the village muhtars played a guiding role by directly reflecting the demands of the people in the management processes. It was recorded that the meeting was not only an introductory and informational gathering, but also a strong expression of the common will regarding the future of Küçükçekmece.
