Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın attended the iftar program hosted by Küçükçekmece District Governor Mustafa Anteplioğlu.
Held in the spiritual atmosphere of the month of Ramadan, the program brought together public officials, representatives of civil society organizations, and local residents at the same table. During the gathering, where solidarity, unity, and brotherhood were strengthened, the contribution of Ramadan to social cohesion was emphasized.
The Nigeria program, the 52nd event of the webinar series titled “HIB Talks with Our Commercial Counselors” organized by the Service Exporters Association (HIB), was held with the participation of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın.
During the program, Abuja Commercial Counselor Erdal Fatih Tozoğlu shared with participants the latest economic data on the Nigerian market, opportunity areas for service exports and prospects for sectoral cooperation.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, President of the UFRAD Franchising Association, met with the TUYAP team as part of the preparations for the Franchise Istanbul Expo, which will be held on April 16–19, 2026.
During the meeting, the organization process of the Franchise Istanbul Expo, positioned as one of the most prominent and prestigious meeting points of the sector, was discussed in detail. It was emphasized that the fair which offers high visibility for participating brands and reliable, sustainable business opportunities for investors, will continue to remain at the center of the franchise ecosystem.
The February Board of Directors Meeting of the UFRAD Franchising Association was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın and hosted by Board Member Çiğdem Makıroğlu, Founder of CDM Financial Consultancy, Audit & Advisory at Ghalia Lounge.
During the meeting, candidate membership applications submitted to the association were reviewed and membership processes were discussed. In addition, the preparation process for the Franchise Istanbul Expo was discussed in detail,which will take place on April 16–19, 2026 and serve as a key meeting point for the franchise sector, was discussed in detail.
The long-established experience and educational approach of BIL Educational Institutions, which continues to grow with confidence across Türkiye, was introduced to Gaziantep through a launch program. The event attracted significant interest from parents, teachers and students.
Emphasizing that education is a fundamental priority, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın stated that he believes Gaziantep BIL College will achieve significant success in a short time through the experience of BIL Educational Institutions. He also underlined that their goal as BIL Educational Institutions is to raise self-confident individuals who think, produce and are well prepared for life and noted that they will continue to work with determination in line with this vision.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın met with students and families at the Life Center, which has been providing uninterrupted services for three years within the Istanbul Aydın University Nurdağı Campus. during the gathering held ahead of Ramadan, the educational and social support activities carried out on the campus were evaluated on site.
At the Nurdağı Campus, a wide range of services are offered, including computer training, sports activities, kindergarten education, religious education, high school and university preparatory programs, oral and dental health services, fine arts activities, hair and skincare services, psychological counseling, and vocational skills training. The initiatives carried out on the campus constitute a comprehensive social support model that directly touches the lives of children, women and families.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın emphasized that “The strength of a university is measured not only by its campuses but also by the lives it touches.” He stated that at the Nurdağı Campus, efforts continue with determination to provide educational opportunities for children, production and vocational training opportunities for women and health and sports facilities for the community.
The “Service Sectors Committee Meetings” program organized by the Service Exporters Association (HIB) was held with the presence of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın attended the program and shared his evaluations.
Within the scope of the program, the priorities, expectations and roadmap of the service sectors were discussed in line with the export vision put forward by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Türkiye’s 2026 targets. Strategic steps aimed at making Türkiye’s potential in service exports more visible on a global scale and sustainably strengthening its competitiveness were also addressed.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın met with the teams at Cyprus Aydın University to evaluate the ongoing activities.
During the meetings, current initiatives were reviewed with the aim of creating a stronger and higher-quality educational environment for students, while comprehensive consultations were held on institutional development, academic quality and sustainable progress.

The Qatar program, the 50th event of the webinar series titled “HIB Talks with Our Commercial Counselors” organized by the Service Exporters Association (HIB), was held with the participation of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın.
During the program, Doha Commercial Counselors Muhammet Fatih Çetinkaya and Sinem Eğlenen shared up to date evaluations regarding the Qatar market, providing comprehensive information on opportunity areas in service exports, the investment environment, and sectoral cooperation prospects.
The Education Services Evaluation and Consultation Meeting of the Service Exporters’ Association (HIB) was held with the valuable participation of the Chairpersons of the Boards of Trustees of universities.
During the meeting, the participants comprehensively discussed Türkiye’s current position in the export of education services, the structural and operational issues encountered in international student recruitment, strategic steps to enhance the global competitiveness of universities, and a shared roadmap for the upcoming period.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın emphasized that the export of education services is not merely an economic activity but also a strategic field that strengthens Türkiye’s academic capacity and international reputation, highlighting the importance of collective wisdom and coordinated action.
