Ocak ayı Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Eğitim Komitesi toplantısında uluslararası öğrenci temini ile ilgili gelişmeler konuşuldu. HİB Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın katılımıyla gerçekleşen toplantı online olarak gerçekleştirildi. Yeni yılın gelmesiyle Türkiye’deki eğitim sektörünün durumu hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapıldı ve uluslararası öğrenci temininin pandemi döneminde nasıl yönetilmeye devam edeceği hakkında konuşuldu. 2021-2022 Akademik yılı için yeni yol haritası belirlendi.
