Service Exporters’ Association Vice President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın attended THY new catering menu launch with the invitation of HİB and Turkish Airlines President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat.
The new menu to be serves in the “business” cabin of THY’s domestic flights were presented to the guests. Renewed the menu in the direction of the promotion mission of Turkiye won huge recognition. THY President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat stated that foods from traditional Turkish Cuisine and World Cuisine will be present in the new menu and 80% of the products were obtained from domestic sources. In addition, traditional products such as Trabzon butter, Ezine cheese, Rize tea and Blacksea beans were given places on the menu.
