Bil Koleji 2021-2022 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı 7.Çevrimiçi Hizmet İçi Eğitim Programı toplantısı 13 Ağustos 2021 Cuma günü gerçekleştirildi. BİL Eğitim Kurumları Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Doç.Dr. Mustafa Aydın, toplantıda yaptığı konuşmada öğretmenlere pandemi sürecinde ortaya koydukları irade ve fedakârlıklardan dolayı teşekkür etti.
Aydın, öğretmenlerin ortaya koyduğu bu birlik beraberliğin, çalışkanlığın ve gönül birliğinin devamını dileyerek BİL Eğitim Kurumlarının, İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesinin annesi konumunda olduğunu belirtti. Öğretmenlere çok güçlü bir kurumun çatısı altında olduklarını hatırlatan Doç.Dr. Mustafa Aydın, İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi, Kıbrıs İlim Üniversitesi ve BİL Eğitim Kurumlarının bütün öğretmenlerin hizmetinde olduğunu da hatırlattı.
Doç.Dr. Mustafa Aydın, öğretmenlere yaptığı konuşmada “Bizler geleceği ellerimizle şekillendiriyoruz bu sebeple önce öğretmenler olarak bizler gelişmeliyiz ki öğrencilerimizi dünyaya hazırlayabilelim.” ifadelerini kullanarak öğretmenlerin kişisel ve akademik gelişimlerine yatırım yapmaları gerektiğini vurguladı.
BİL Kolejlerinin bayrağını herkesin onur duyacağı noktaya taşıma hedefinde en önemli noktanın kararlara hep birlikte sahip çıkmak olduğunun altını çizen Mustafa Aydın, BİL Eğitim Kurumları öğretmenlerine yeni eğitim-öğretim yılının hayırlı ve verimli geçmesini temenni ederek toplantıyı sonlandırdı.

Bil College 2021-2022 Academic Year 7th Online In-Service Training Program meeting was held on Friday, August 13, 2021. In his speech at the meeting, BİL Educational Institutions President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın thanked the teachers for their will and sacrifices during the pandemic process.
Aydın wished the continuation of this unity, industriousness and unity of heart brought about by the teachers and stated that BİL Educational Institutions is the mother of Istanbul Aydın University. Reminding the teachers that they are under the roof of a very powerful institution, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın also reminded that Istanbul Aydın University, Cyprus Science University and BİL Educational Institutions are at the service of all teachers.
In his speech to the teachers, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın said, “We shape the future with our hands, so first we must improve ourselves as teachers so that we can prepare our students for the world.” He emphasized that teachers should invest in their personal and academic development.
Mustafa Aydın, who underlined that the most important point in the goal of carrying the flag of BİL Colleges to a point where everyone will be honored is to take ownership of the decisions together, ended the meeting by wishing the teachers of BİL Educational Institutions a beneficial and productive new academic year.
