The July Board of Directors Meeting of the UFRAD Franchising Association was held at Istanbul Aydın University under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın.
During the meeting, the Association’s ongoing activities were reviewed, while preparations for the upcoming period, collaborative initiatives with members, and plans for the UFRAD Brand Summit—one of the franchising sector’s leading events—were comprehensively discussed.
Participants exchanged views on strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of Turkish brands in national and international markets, projects to enhance cooperation within the sector, and initiatives that will contribute to the sustainable development of the franchising ecosystem.
Following the Board Meeting, the July Roundtable Meeting was held with the broad participation of Association members. Preparations for Franchise Istanbul Expo 2027, scheduled for 18–21 March 2027, along with current industry developments and future objectives, were discussed. Members also shared their experiences regarding franchise systems, brand development, and sectoral best practices.
