Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın attended the MÜSİAD High Advisory Council Meeting. At the meeting, Trade Minister Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat presented a guiding perspective for the business world with his presentation on trade, exports, production, and industry. The meeting also addressed critical topics in detail, such as strengthening trade in global competitive conditions and new market opportunities, strategic incentives and sector-based support to increase exports, efficiency and technology-focused transformation in production processes, strengthening industrial infrastructure, and supporting domestic production.
At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın expressed his gratitude to Mahmut Asmalı, President of the MÜSİAD High Advisory Board, and Burhan Özdemir, President of MÜSİAD, for their excellent organization and hospitality.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın congratulated the Kür Şad 40 Team, affiliated with the Istanbul Aydın University Aytech UAS Club, for their third-place finish at TEKNOFEST 2025 Istanbul, the world’s largest aviation and space festival.
Expressing his pride in the Kür Şad 40 Team’s achievement, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın said, “Our Kür Şad 40 Team, affiliated with the IAU Aytech UAS Club, achieved great success by placing third in the TEKNOFEST International UAV Competition. This proud result is the most beautiful demonstration of our young people’s determination, hard work, and passion for science. I wholeheartedly congratulate them and believe that they will achieve even greater successes in the future. We are always proud of our young people who are building Türkiye ‘s future.” He emphasized that they are always on the side of young people and will continue to support them.
The Küçükçekmece City Council Committees and Executive Board held a joint meeting chaired by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın. The meeting addressed projects that will contribute to the city’s future, socially beneficial work, and strategic goals. It was emphasized that productive work would continue by strengthening a culture of collective wisdom and cooperation for the city.
The Service Exporters Association (HİB) held its September Board of Directors meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın. During the meeting, strategies to increase our country’s share in global service exports were evaluated, and important decisions were made for the upcoming period. It was emphasized that determined efforts would continue with all stakeholders to strengthen the position of service sectors internationally.
The Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS) held its September Board of Directors meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın. During the meeting, the goals of strengthening regional and global higher education cooperation were evaluated, and projects to be implemented and events planned for the coming period were discussed. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın emphasized at the meeting that work would continue with determination in line with the vision of “Stronger tomorrows through unity and solidarity in education.”
The Istanbul Aydın University Executive Board Meeting was held under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın and with the participation of the management team. The meeting evaluated the work of the past period and set goals for the new academic year. It was stated that projects supporting students’ academic achievements and social and cultural development would continue to be implemented with determination. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın emphasized that their vision, as always, was “stronger education for a stronger future.”
The Service Exporters Association (HİB) held its September Education Services Extended Committee Meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, with the participation of Berrak Bilgen Beşergil, Director of Education and Innovative Services at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
At the meeting, the sector’s needs and future vision were discussed to achieve a stronger position for education services on a global scale. It was emphasized that efforts would be resolutely continued with the goal of “Türkiye as a leader in education services and a brand in education.”
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın visited the office of His Excellency Ersin Tatar, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. During the meeting, cooperation between Türkiye and the TRNC was discussed, with a particular focus on opportunities in the fields of education and higher education.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın expressed his gratitude to President Tatar for his hospitality. It was stated that steps to contribute to the future of both countries through science and education would continue to be strengthened.
The August meeting of the Board of Directors of the UFRAD Franchising Association was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın. The meeting hosted Haluk Okutur, a valued member of the association and founder of Simit Sarayı.
It was highlighted that Haluk Okutur, who has been inspiring the sector for years, has made significant contributions to both the association’s work and the development of the franchising sector with his extensive experience and vision. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın expressed his gratitude to Mr. Okutur for his contributions.
The Küçükçekmece City Council Board of Directors held its August meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın.
The meeting once again highlighted the importance of cooperation and collective wisdom in local governance. The city’s needs, ongoing projects, and strategies for the coming period were evaluated, and views were exchanged on sustainable solutions.
The Küçükçekmece City Council’s Meeting to Meet and Inform Neighborhood Representatives was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın. The meeting was also attended by Küçükçekmece District Governor Mustafa Anteplioğlu and Küçükçekmece Mayor Kemal Çebi.
At the meeting with the village muhtars, who are the most valuable representatives of the local administration, the needs of the neighborhoods, the expectations of the citizens, and the vision for the future of the district were evaluated. It was emphasized that the muhtars are the voice of the neighborhood residents and the strongest link in democracy.
At this meeting, organized under the leadership of the City Council, evaluations were made highlighting the district’s needs, strategies for the coming period, and the importance of a management approach based on collective wisdom. It was stated that cooperation with neighborhood representatives is of great importance in making Küçükçekmece a more livable, safe, and strong city through a participatory and transparent management model.
It was noted that the contributions of the village muhtars played a guiding role by directly reflecting the demands of the people in the management processes. It was recorded that the meeting was not only an introductory and informational gathering, but also a strong expression of the common will regarding the future of Küçükçekmece.
