The 48th event of the ‘HIB Talks with Our Trade Counselors’ webinar series carried out by the Service Exporters’ Association (HİB) was organized with the participation of Nairobi Trade Counselor Dr. Mustafa Alıcı as a guest speaker.

The webinar addressed the opportunities in the Kenyan market, current developments in the field of service exports, and potential cooperation opportunities for Turkish companies in the region.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın conveyed his gratitude to Dr. Mustafa Alıcı for his valuable contribution and thanked all participants for their interest in the program.

The Service Exporters’ Association (HİB) June Extended Committee Meeting for Educational Services was held with the participation of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın. At the meeting, which was also attended by Ms. Berrak Bilgen Beşergil, Head of Education and Innovative Services Department of the Ministry of Trade and Mr. Fatih Aydın, Deputy Director General for International Trade in Services of the Ministry of Trade, strategic steps to increase the export potential in the education services sector were discussed comprehensively.

During the meeting, the priority needs of the sector and the structural challenges dealt with were evaluated, and ideas were exchanged on policy recommendations and cooperation opportunities to increase international competitiveness. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın emphasized the importance of public-private sector collaborations for sustainable growth and highlighted that all steps to strengthen service exports in education should be supported.
