Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) “Motivation and Evaluation Meeting” was held in Marmaris with the participation of academic and administrative staff. At the meeting held at the end of the event that lasted 3 days, comprehensive evaluations about the new term projects and activities.

Listening one by one the ideas of the participants, Istanbul Aydın University President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın thanked those who contributed to the successful completion of the motivation meeting and the academic and administrative staff participated in the meeting.

The second term students of IAU-MEDYAPIM Academy of Cinema-Film which established in 2021 with the cooperation of Istanbul Aydın University and MEDYAPIM which is the leading firms of cinema-tv sector in Türkiye, graduated.

During the semester, students received training in these three different fields: “screenwriting”, “directing” and “producing”. The trainings were provided practically at IAU studios by faculty members of Faculties of Communication and Fine Arts and directors, scenarists and producers from MEDYAPIM’s sets.

In the ceremony held at IAU T Block General Necdet Timur Oditorium, graduation certificates were awarded to the students who successfully completed the education semester by MEDYAPIM President Fatih Aksoy, IAU President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın, IAU Rector Prof. Dr. Yadigar İzmirli and IAU Faculty of Fine Arts Dean Prof. Dr. Özer Kanburoğlu.

“Service Ceremony” was held at IAU for Former Küçükçekmece District Governor and 28^th Term Bitlis Deputy Turan Bedirhanoğlu. IAU President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın in his speech in the ceremony said “We would like to wish our 28^th Term Bitlis Deputy, my dear friend Turhan Bedirhanoğlu, with whom we have implemented many beneficial projects for Küçükçekmece during our time together, successful and auspicious services in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.”

Turan Bedirhanoğlu said “I would like to express my pleasure for this program which was organized for me by our Istanbul Aydın University that we have implemented many projects during my duty of Küçükçekmece District Governorship term together. I would also like to thank IAU President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın and all university staffs for their support during my term of office.”

After the speeches, IAU Rector Prof. Dr. Yadigar İzmirli and IAU President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın presented a plaque and a bouquet to Bitlis Deputy Turhan Bedirhanoğlu. At the ceremony, a plaque also was presented Kırklareli Deputy Mr. Gökhan Sarıçam who was elected as a member of parliament in the 28^th Term again for his labor.

İstanbul Deputy Halis Dalkılıç and new term Küçükçekmece District Governor Mehmet Tunç also occupied at the ceremony which a lot of important names attended. Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın hosted his guests at his office, wished success to both of them to serve our country well.

“100^th Year Ankara Exhibition” was held by Istanbul Aydın University Anadolu Bil Vocational High School Fashion Design Department. One more beautiful than the other clothes designed by students and faculty members of Istanbul Aydın University won recognition from the guests.

IAU President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın also visited “100^th Year Ankara Exhibition” held by IAU ABMYO Fashion Design Department.

“Alim Qasimov & Fargana Qasimova” concert was held in cooperation with the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in İstanbul and İstanbul Aydın University and on the occasion of the 100^th anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader Haydar Aliyev. The concert of Folk Singer of Azerbaijan and the world famous mugham master Alim Qasimov & Fargana Qasimova was held at Atatürk Cultural Center with intense participation.

IAU President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın made a speech in the inauguration, said “I’m commemorating with mercy and gratefully on the 100^th anniversary of his birth, Azerbaijan Former President and National Leader Haydar Aliyev who uttered his commitment and loyalty to his country with his “Azerbaijan is my heart, breath and  life.” words, devoted himself to his people, spent every moment of his 80 years life with struggle for his homeland. Notably Azerbaijan Consulate to Istanbul Narmina Mustafayeva, I would like to express my thanks to those who contributed in this organization.” In addition, he gave the good news that a book about Dr. Neriman Nerimanov who was the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Soviet Union Era, will soon be published by Istanbul Aydın University Publications under his editor-in-chief.
