Cyprus Science University Honorary President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın visited Cyprus Science University.

Meeting with the students, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın examined the additional campus building under construction. After that, he made an evaluation meeting about the spring term with academic and administrative directors.

İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Mütevelli Heyet Başkanı ve Kıbrıs İlim Üniversitesi Onursal Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, CSU’da bir dizi görüşme gerçekleştirdi. Hem Kıbrıs İlim Üniversitesinin akademik ve idari kadrosuyla hem de öğrencilerle bir araya gelen Aydın, yeni döneme yönelik hazırlıkları yerinde gördü. 

Mevcut hazırlıklarla birlikte, kampüste inşaatına başlanacak yeni bina ile ilgili incelemelerde bulundu ve öğrencilerin yeni döneme ilişkin değerlendirmelerini aldı.

Istanbul Aydın University President and Cyprus Science University Honorary President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın had a range of meetings in CSU.

Coming together with both academic and administrative staff and students of Cyprus Science University Aydın, saw the preparations intended for the new period on the spot.

Examining related to the new building which started the construction with current preparations, he took students’ opinions for the new period.

Kıbrıs İlim Üniversitesi (KİÜ) Onursal Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, üniversitenin akademik ve idari personeliyle yeni yıl motivasyon yemeğinde bir araya geldi.

Buluşmada, akademik ve idari personelin aidiyet duygusunun son derece önemli olduğunu dile getiren Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın; öğrenciler ile yapmış olduğu toplantılar hakkında da kısa bilgiler paylaştı.

Öğrencilerin akademik kariyerleri dışında sosyal içerikli üniversite gruplarına dâhil olmalarının olumlu etkilerini de vurgulayan Aydın, yeni eğitim öğretim yılında hem bu tarz faaliyetlerin artırılması hem de bu etkinliklere olan katılımın yükseltilmesi için çalışmalar yapılması gerektiğini belirtti. “Bu tarz verimli etkinlikler, sosyal adaptasyon süreçlerini hızlandırıyor!” diyen Aydın, bu çalışmaların COVID-19 pandemisinin ardından hem öğrencilerin sosyal adaptasyonlarına hem de bireysel motivasyonlarına olumlu etkide bulunacağını ifade etti.

“EFFICIENT EVENTS ACCELERATE SOCIAL ADAPTATION PROCESSES”

Honorary President of Cyprus Science University (KIU), Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın came together with the academic and administrative staff of the university at the New Year’s motivation dinner.

At the meeting, expressing that the sense of belonging of the academic and administrative staff is extremely important Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın also shared brief information about the meetings he held with the students.

Emphasizing the positive effects of students’ participation in social university groups apart from their academic careers, Aydın stated that in the new academic year, studies should be carried out both to increase such activities and to increase participation in these activities. Aydın said “Efficient activities accelerate social adaptation processes!” He stated that these studies will have a positive impact on both the social adaptation and individual motivation of the students after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kıbrıs İlim Üniversitesi (KİÜ) Onursal Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, öğrenci memnuniyetiyle ilgili birebir değerlendirmelerde bulunmak amacıyla fakülte ve yüksekokulların öğrenci temsilcileriyle bir araya gelerek temsilci öğrencilere hitap etti.

Konuşmasında, farklı kültürlere ait öğrencilerin hem sosyal yetilerini geliştiren hem de kültürlerarası iletişimi güçlendiren ders dışı ortak programların teşvik edilmesi gerektiğini vurgulayan Aydın; “Öğrenci yapısı, kültürel çeşitliliği temsil eden eğitimler ve sosyal programlarla sürekli olarak beslenmelidir.” dedi.

Doç. Dr. Aydın ayrıca yaşam koşulları ve eğitim-öğretim gibi konularla ilgili olarak öğrencilerin görüşlerini dinlemek suretiyle mevcut sorunların iyileştirilmesine yönelik bir aksiyon planının hazırlanması gerektiğini belirterek ilgili hazırlıkları da başlattı.

“IT IS NECESSARY TO DEVELOP SOCIAL PROGRAMS REPRESENTING CULTURAL DIVERSITY”

Honorary President of Cyprus Science University (CSU), Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın met with the student representatives of faculties and colleges to make one-to-one evaluations about student satisfaction and addressed the representative students.

In his speech, Aydın emphasized that extracurricular programs should be encouraged that both improve the social skills of students from different cultures and strengthen intercultural communication; “The student body should be constantly nourished by education and social programs that represent cultural diversity.” said.

Assoc. Prof. Aydın also started the relevant preparations by stating that an action plan should be prepared to improve the existing problems by listening to the opinions of the students on issues such as living conditions and education.

Kıbrıs İlim Üniversitesi Onursal Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Kıbrıs İlim Üniversitesi’nin yöneticileri ve lisansüstü öğrencileriyle Kıbrıs’ta bir araya geldi.

Aydın, öğrenci memnuniyetini korumak amacıyla yüksek lisans ve doktora programı öğrencileri ile eğitim öğretim çalışmaları kapsamında gerçekleştirilecek olan faaliyetleri değerlendirerek fikir alışverişinde bulundu.

Lisansüstü ve doktora öğrencilerinin oldukça faydalı ve olumlu geribildirim verdiklerini dile getiren Aydın, sürecin en verimli şekilde yönetilebilmesi için aksiyon planı hazırlıklarının da başlayacağını belirtti. Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın ayrıca öğrencilerin ihtiyaç, talep ve beklentilerine yönelik yapılan değişiklikleri, akademik ve idarî çalışmaları görüşerek geribildirim almak üzere; dekanların, yüksekokul müdürlerinin ve daire başkanlarının katılımlarıyla bir yönetim toplantısı gerçekleştirdi.

ASSOC. PROF. MUSTAFA AYDIN MET WITH ADMINISTRATORS OF CSU AND GRADUATE STUDENTS

Honorary President of Cyprus Science University Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın met with the administrators and graduate students of Cyprus Science University in Cyprus.

Aydın exchanged ideas with postgraduate and doctoral program students by evaluating the activities to be carried out within the scope of education and training activities in order to maintain student satisfaction.

Aydın stated that postgraduate and doctoral students gave very useful and positive feedback and he said that the preparations for the action plan will also begin to carry out the process in the most efficient way. Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın also arrange a management meeting with the participation of deans, school principals and department heads to discuss the changes made regarding the needs, demands and expectations of the students, as well as the academic and administrative studies, and to receive feedback.
