October Board Meeting of Service Exporters’ Association that operated under the umbrella of Turkish Exporters Assembly was held face to face under the presidency of HİB President Prof. Ahmet Bolat and participation of Vice Presidents Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın, Salih Zeki Çakır and Board Members.

At the meeting, new period planning evaluated and details of the new activities were discussed.

Gastronomy and Catering Services Sector Introductory Meeting was held with participation of Other Business Services Committee Vice President Kemal Yamankaradeniz under the presidency of Vice President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın of Service Exporters’ Association that operating under the umbrella of Turkish Exporters Assembly.

At the meeting in which TOBB Services Sector Assembly President and İstanbul Catering Industrialists Association President Hüseyin Bozdağ also participated, sector representatives held consultations on Catering Services Sector. The online meeting under the guidance of HİB, ended with exchange of views and individual evaluations of the participants.

On October 19, 2022, the third session of the online conference series titled “HİB interviews with Commercial Counsellors,” that coordinated by Service Exporters’ Association, which operates under the umbrella of Turkish Exporters Assembly, was held with the theme of Pakistan.

Important information was provided at the online conference with presentations from Karachi Commercial Attaché Eyyup Yıldırım and Islamabad Commercial Counselor Nurettin Demir, moderated by HİB Vice President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın.

In the presentations, topics such as current economic structure, current situation of IT sector, tax incentives, Pakistan service export, sub-sectors in service export, investment opportunities, and main economic indicators were discussed. At the end of the webinar, the questions from representatives of participating firms were answered.

The second session of October of online conference series titled “HİB interviews with Commercial Counsellors” that coordinated by Service Exporters’ Association which operates under the umbrella of Turkish Exporters Assembly, was held on 12h October 2022 with the theme of Morocco.

The online conference, which started with the opening speech of HİB Vice President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın, continued with the presentations of Rabat Commercial Counselor Mehmet Ali Oran and Casablanca Commercial Counselor Burcu Özergül Çolak.

In the presentations that involves detailed information on service export in Morocco, subjects such as general economic conditions, taxation procedures, logistic opportunities, trade agreements, import and export countries and foreign trade items, bilateral trade between Turkey and Morocco, investment advantages and risks, Moroccan service sectors, e-commerce and fairs were included. After the presentation, the questions from representatives of participating firms were answered.

The first session of October of online conference series titled “HİB interviews with Commercial Counsellors” that coordinated by Service Exporters’ Association which operates under the umbrella of Turkish Exporters Assembly, was held on 5th October 2022 with the theme of Romania.

The online conference started with the opening speech of HİB Vice President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın. Then, Bucharest Commercial Counselors Sude Gürcan, Mehmet Naci Akdoğan and Constanta Commercial Attaché Aygün Eski shared their presentations about the topic involved current datas.

Important topics discussed in the presentations included Romania’s current economic situation and foreign trade, import-export items, bilateral trade between Romania and Turkey, service export between Romania and Turkey, the investment climate in Romania, the current state of service sectors, and Romania’s logistic situation.

The questions from representatives of participating companies were answered at the end of the webinar, which was beneficial in terms of transferring information, opinions, and visual content.

Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi (TİM) çatısı altında faaliyet gösteren Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) tarafından düzenlenen “Ticaret Müşavirlerimizle HİB Söyleyişleri” başlıklı çevrim içi konferans dizisinin Eylül ayındaki dördüncü oturumu, 28 Eylül 2022 tarihinde İspanya teması ile gerçekleştirildi.

HİB Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın açılış konuşması ile başlayan çevrim içi program; İspanya Madrid Ticaret Müşavirleri Nazlı Sena Onat ve Savaş Tarhan, Barcelona Ticaret Ataşeleri Mehmet Örnek ve Nurdan Çamlıbel Aydın’ın sunumları ile devam etti.

İspanya’daki hizmet ihracatına ilişkin detaylı bilgiler içeren sunumlarda; İspanya dış ticaretinin mevcut durumu, hizmet ithalatı ve ihracatı verileri, dış ticarette etkin olan sektörler, fuarlar ve etkinlikler gibi konulara yer verildi. Sunum sonrasında ise katılımcı firmaların temsilcilerinden gelen sorular yanıtlandı.

In the presentations involving detailed information about service export in Spain, current situation of Spain foreign trade, service import and export data, effective sectors in foreign trade, fairs and activities were also included. After the presentations, questions from representatives of participating companies were answered.
