Service Exporters’ Association (HİB) operating under the umbrella Türkiye Exporters Assembly (TİM) Vice President and HİB Education Services Committee President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın participated in HİB Education Services Committee December meeting held online.
Under the presidency of Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın, education committee members and university representatives also participated in the meeting. International student recruitment practices evaluated and current problems and solution offers were mentioned.
Services Exporters’ Association Education Services Equivalency Process Legislation Information Meeting was held. President of the Board of Education Prof. Dr. Cihad Demirli, T.R. Ministry of Commerce International Service Trade General Management Education and Innovator Services Head Fatih Aydın and representatives of universities which are the members of Service Exporters’ Association to the meeting.
Board of Education representatives informed the meeting participants about the renewed legislation and made mutual evaluations.
Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Eğitim Hizmetleri Komitesi’nin düzenlediği “Uluslararası Öğrenci Temininde Yeni Stratejiler” başlıklı çalıştay, Altınbaş Üniversitesinde gerçekleştirildi. Çalıştayda Altınbaş Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan, HİB Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı ve HİB Eğitim Hizmetleri Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı Eğitim Hizmetleri Daire Başkanı Fatih Aydın ve HİB Genel Sekreteri Fatih Özer birer açılış konuşması yaptılar.
Giriş konuşmalarının ardından “T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı Eğitim Hizmetleri Destekleri” ile ilgili bir sunum yapıldı ve katılımcıların soruları yanıtlandı. Tüm gün süren etkinlik kapsamında; uluslararası öğrenci temini, uluslararası öğrenci memnuniyeti, kamu ile ilişkiler, teşvikler ve akreditasyonlarla ilgili oturum içerikleri detaylı bir sonuç raporuna dönüştürüldü.
Çalıştayın kapanış kısmında bir değerlendirme konuşması yapan HİB Eğitim Hizmetleri Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, etkinliğin gerçekleşmesinde emeği geçen herkese teşekkürlerini sundu ve “Çalıştay sonuç raporumuzun, ülkemizin gelecekte yürüteceği Eğitim Hizmetleri İhracatı çalışmalarında ve geliştireceği hareket planında yol gösterici bir çalışma olmasını ve tüm paydaşlara faydalı olmasını temenni ediyorum.” dedi.
CHARETTE ON INTERNATIONAL STUDENT RECRUITMENT WAS HELD
“New Strategies on International Student Recruitment” charette organized by Service Exporters’ Association Education Services Committee was held in Altınbaş University. Altınbaş University Rector Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan, Service Exporters’ Association Vice Chairman of Management Board and Service Exporters’ Association Education Services Committee President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Republic of Turkiye Ministry of Commerce Education Services Department Head Fatih Aydın and Service Exporters’ Association Secretary General Fatih Özer made opening speech in the charette.
After the opening speech, a presentation on “Ministry of Commerce Education Services Supports” was made, and questions of the attendees were answered. Within the day-long event, session events on international student recruitment, international student satisfaction, public relations, encouragements and accreditations were converted into detailed result report.
At the end of the charette Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın made an evaluation speech and stated “Thanks to everyone who contributed to the event. I hope that the charette result report will be a guide in Education Services Exports and plan of action that our country will carry out in the future, and be beneficial for all the shareholders.”

Dr. Mustafa Aydın başkanlığında toplanan HİB Eğitim Komitesi; T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı temsilcilerinin katılımıyla Eğitim Hizmetleri İstişare Toplantısını gerçekleştirdi.
HİB Genel Merkezinde gerçekleşen toplantıda; T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı Uluslararası Hizmet Ticareti Genel Müdür Yrd. Vekili Sn. Çiğdem Şamiloğlu Erkoç ve Eğitim Hizmetleri Daire Başkanı Sn. Fatih Aydın ile uluslararası öğrenci teminiyle ilgili ikâmet, vize, denklik gibi sorunlar kapsamında değerlendirmeler yapıldı; çözüm önerileri ve sağlanan destekler üzerinde görüşüldü.
HIB EDUCATION SERVICES COMMITTEE HELD EDUCATION SERVICES CONSULTATION MEETING WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF T.R. MINISTRY OF COMMERCE REPRESENTATIVES
The presidency Services Exporters’ Association Vice Chairman, Education Services Committee Chairman and İstanbul Aydın University President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın, HİB Education Services Committee held education services consultation meeting with the participation of T.R. Ministry of Commerce representatives.
At the meeting organized at the HIB Central Office, issues such as residence, visa and equivalence related to recruitment of international students discussed with the Ministry of Commerce International Service Trade Deputy Director Mrs. Çiğdem Şamiloğlu and Education Services Department Head Mr. Fatih Aydın. They discussed solution suggestions and supports.
Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi’nin (TİM) çatısı altında faaliyet gösteren Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Eğitim Komitesi’nin mayıs ayı toplantısı gerçekleştirildi. Çevrim içi olarak gerçekleştirilen toplantıya, HİB Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı ve İAÜ Mütevelli Heyet Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın da katıldı.
Birçok üniversitenin yoğun katılımıyla gerçekleşen toplantıda, bir önceki toplantının değerlendirmesi yapıldı. Uluslararası öğrenci teminindeki uygulamalar, mevcut sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri üzerinde görüşüldü.
HİB EDUCATION SERVICES COMMITTEE MAY MEETING WAS HELD
The May meeting of the Service Exporters’ Association Education Services Committee, operating under the umbrella of the Turkish Exporters Assembly was held. HİB Education Services Committee and İstanbul Aydın University President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın attended to the online meeting.
They evaluated previous meeting minutes, practices for international students’ recruitment, current problems and solution offers at the meeting with participation many universities.
Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi (TİM) Hizmet İhracatçılar Birliği (HİB) Eğitim Komitesi Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve Altınbaş Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan, İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi (İAÜ) Mütevelli Heyet Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ı ziyaret etti.
Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın; Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan ile yapılan ikili görüşmede, uluslararası öğrenci temininde karşılaşılan sorunları ve mevcut problemlere yönelik çözüm önerilerini değerlendirdiklerini belirtti.
Uluslararası öğrenci hareketliliği çalışmalarının akademik literatürü genişleterek yükseköğretimin globalleşmesinin temellerini oluşturduğunu ifade eden Aydın, uluslararası öğrencilerin öğrenim gördükleri ülkede kültürel, sosyal ve ekonomik alanları da sağlamlaştırdıklarını kaydetti.
“INTERNATIONAL STUDENT MOBILITY STRENGTHENS THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND SOCIO-CULTURAL FLOOR”
Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) Service Exporters Union (HIB) Education Committee Member of the Board and Altınbaş University Rector Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan visited the president of Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın.
Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın stated that in the bilateral meeting with Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan, they evaluated the problems encountered in the recruitment of international students and the solution proposals for the existing problems.
Stating that international student mobility studies form the basis of the globalization of higher education by expanding the academic literature, Aydin noted that international students also strengthen the cultural, social and economic fields in the country where they study.

Toplantıda, uluslararası öğrenci teminindeki uygulamalar, sorun ve çözüm önerileri görüşüldü. Aydın; uluslararası öğrenci akışının, üniversite stratejilerinin birleştirilmesi için de bir fırsat olduğunun altını çizdi. Ayrıca eğitim için 2022 yılındaki kilit noktanın, pandemiden sonra belirlenen yeni eğitim modelleri olduğunu dile getiren Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın; ders stratejileri ile teknolojilerindeki teori-pratik dengesine ve çağdaş, yenilikçi faaliyetlerin devamlılığına da dikkat çekti.
“IT IS NECESSARY TO DEVELOP A FLEXIBLE AND STRONG LEARNING MODEL”
Service Exporters’ Association (HIB) Education Services Committee Meeting was held at Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) with the participation of the president of HIB Education Committee Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın.
At the meeting, practices, problems and solutions in the provision of international students were discussed. Aydın underlined that international student mobility is also an opportunity for combing university strategies. In addition, the key point for education in 2022 is the new education models determined after the pandemic, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın drew attention to the theory-practice balance in course strategies and technologies, and the continuity of contemporary and innovative activities.
Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Aralık ayı toplantısı, HİB Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın katılımlarıyla çevrim içi olarak düzenlendi.
Sektörlerin son durumuyla yaşanan sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerinin ele alındığı toplantıda, eğitim sektöründe 2022 yılı öngörüleri değerlendirildi. Toplantıda eğitim sektörüne ilişkin açıklamalarda bulunan Aydın; dünyanın eğitim altyapısının 2022’de yeni teknolojilerin getireceği çözümlere hazırlandığını dile getirerek, yeni teknolojiler yaygınlaştıkça devam eden meslekî gelişim ve yükseköğretim programlarının da sürekli güncelleneceğini belirtti.
Öte yandan COVID-19 pandemisinin ardından uzaktan öğrenme modeline geçişin öğrencilerde yarattığı duygusal sıkıntıların da göz önünde bulundurularak sosyal ve duygusal öğrenmeyi destekleyici eğitim stratejilerinin geliştirileceğini dile getirdi. Aydın, derin öğrenme, makine öğrenimi, yapay zekâ (AI) ve sanal gerçeklik ile blok zinciri gibi yenilikçi teknolojilerin eğitim sisteminde uygulanabilir stratejiler oluşturabileceğini ve bilgi yayılımıyla öğrenci katılımını olumlu yönde etkileyeceğini ifade etti.
“KNOWLEDGE DISTRIBUTION AND STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATION WILL BE POSITIVELY AFFECTED”
Service Exporters’ Association (HIB) December meeting was held online with the participation of the president of HIB Education Committee Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın.
At the meeting where the problems experienced with the latest situation of the sectors and solution suggestions were discussed, the predictions for 2022 in the education sector were evaluated. Aydın made statements about the education sector at the meeting; expressing that the world’s education infrastructure is prepared for the solutions that new technologies will bring in 2022, he stated that the ongoing professional development and higher education programs will be constantly updated as new technologies become widespread.
On the other hand, he stated that educational strategies will be developed to support social and emotional learning by taking into account the emotional distress caused by the transition to the distance learning model after the COVID-19 pandemic. Aydın stated that innovative technologies such as deep learning, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality and blockchain can create applicable strategies in the education system and positively affect student participation through knowledge dissemination.
