Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi (TİM) çatısı altında faaliyet gösteren Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) tarafından T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığının ve sektör temsilcilerinin katkılarıyla hazırlanan Hizmet İhracatı Strateji Belgesi, basın lansmanı yapılarak kamuoyu ile paylaşıldı.

TİM ve HİB yöneticilerinin hazır bulunduğu lansmana, Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın da katılım sağladı.

Detayları basın mensupları ile paylaşılan rapor içeriği ise basında geniş yer buldu. “Hizmet İhracatında Hedef 110 Milyar Dolar” başlığıyla verilen haberlerde; hizmet sektörüne yönelik 2025 ihracatı hedefinin 110 Milyar dolar olduğu belirtilerek, HİB Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat’ın demecine de yer verildi.

THE PRESS LAUNCH OF HIB STRATEGY REPORT WAS HELD

The Service Export Strategy Document, prepared by the Service Exporter’s Association (HIB) under the umbrella of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), with the contributions of the Ministry of Commerce and sector representatives, was shared with the public through a press launch.

HİB Education Services Committee President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın participated to the launch with TİM and HİB managers.

 The report content which is shared with the media had wide press. In the news titled “The Target in Service Exports is 110 Billion Dollars”; Stating that the 2025 year export target for the service sector is 110 billion dollars. In addition, HİB President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat made a statement.

Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği Mart ayı toplantısı gerçekleştirildi. Bir önceki toplantı sonuçlarının değerlendirildiği Mart ayı toplantısında, HİB Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat ile yapılan toplantı hakkında da değerlendirme yapıldı. Ayrıca uluslararası öğrenci temininde yaşanan sorunlar görüşülerek, konu ile ilgili çözüm önerileri değerlendirildi.

Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği-HİB Eğitim Komitesi Ocak ayı toplantısı, HİB Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın ve üye üniversitelerin katılımlarıyla çevrim içi olarak gerçekleştirildi.

Toplantıda, uluslararası öğrenci teminindeki sorunlar masaya yatırıldı ve çözüm önerileri görüşüldü. Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, “2022 yılı itibari ile başlayan yeni dönemde de uluslararası öğrenci sayılarımızı hep birlikte artıracağız. Pandemi ile birlikte değişen öğrenci hareketliliği trendlerini yakından takip ederek, kamu paydaşlarımızla yeni çözümler geliştirerek öğrenci temin eden ilk 10 ülke arasında yükselmeye devam edeceğiz” dedi.

22 Ocak 2022 Salı günü gerçekleştirilen Eğitim Komitesi toplantısında; 2022 yılının ilk değerlendirmeleri, 2021 yılının genel değerlendirmesi, eğitim sektörünün hizmet ihracatına etkileri ve 2022 yılı hedefleri ile gerekli aksiyon planları görüşüldü.

HIB TRAINING COMMITTEE JANUARY MEETING WAS HELD ONLINE

The Association of Service exporters – HIB Education Committee January meeting was held online with the participation of the president of the HIB Education Committee Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın and the member universities.

At the meeting, they focused on issues in international student guarantee and discussed solutions. The president of the HIB Education Committee Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın “We will increase our international student numbers together in the new period, which started as of 2022. We will continue to rise among the top 10 countries that recruit  students by closely following the trends of student mobility that have changed with pandemic, developing new solutions with our public stakeholders,” said.

At the meeting of the Education Committee, held on Tuesday (22 January 2022), they discussed the first assessments of 2022, the overall assessment of 2021, the impact of the education sector on service export, and the action plans required for 2022.

Ocak ayı Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Yönetim Kurulu toplantısı, HİB Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın katılımlarıyla çevrim içi olarak gerçekleştirildi.

Sektörlerin mevcut sorunlarına ilişkin etkin çözüm önerilerinin görüşüldüğü toplantıda, üniversitelerin sorunları ve 2022 eylem planları değerlendirildi.

Toplantıda yaptığı konuşmada eğitim ihracatının önemini vurgulayan Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın; “Eğitimin globalleşmesi noktasında, eğitim ihracatını geliştirecek çalışmalara desteğimiz sürecektir.” dedi.

İAÜ’nün ‘global üniversite’ anlayışı çerçevesinde Erasmus programlarını ve uluslararası öğrenci boyutunu son derece önemsediğini dile getiren Aydın, COVID-19 sebebiyle uluslararası öğrenci teminiyle ilgili mevcut sıkıntıların en kısa zamanda çözülmesi için de yeni eylem planları üzerinde çalıştıklarını ifade etti.

 “OUR SUPPORT FOR STUDIES THAT WILL IMPROVE EDUCATION EXPORTS WILL CONTINUE”

January Service Exporters’ Association (HIB) Board of Directors meeting was held online with the participation of the president of HIB Education Committee Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın.

At the meeting, they discussed effective solution proposals for the current problems of the sectors and evaluated the problems of the universities and their 2022 action plans.

Emphasizing the importance of education exports in his speech at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın said that “We will continue to support the studies that will improve the export of education at the point of globalization of education.”

Stating that IAU attaches great importance to Erasmus programs and the international student dimension within the framework of its ‘global university’ understanding, Aydın stated that they are working on new action plans to solve the current problems regarding the supply of international students due to COVID-19 as soon as possible.

Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Eğitim Hizmetleri Komitesi Toplantısı, HİB Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın katılımlarıyla İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesinde (İAÜ) gerçekleştirildi.

Toplantıda, uluslararası öğrenci teminindeki uygulamalar, sorun ve çözüm önerileri görüşüldü. Aydın; uluslararası öğrenci akışının, üniversite stratejilerinin birleştirilmesi için de bir fırsat olduğunun altını çizdi. Ayrıca eğitim için 2022 yılındaki kilit noktanın, pandemiden sonra belirlenen yeni eğitim modelleri olduğunu dile getiren Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın; ders stratejileri ile teknolojilerindeki teori-pratik dengesine ve çağdaş, yenilikçi faaliyetlerin devamlılığına da dikkat çekti. 

“IT IS NECESSARY TO DEVELOP A FLEXIBLE AND STRONG LEARNING MODEL”

Service Exporters’ Association (HIB) Education Services Committee Meeting was held at Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) with the participation of the president of HIB Education Committee Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın.

At the meeting, practices, problems and solutions in the provision of international students were discussed. Aydın underlined that  international student mobility is also an opportunity for combing university strategies. In addition, the key point for education in 2022 is the new education models determined after the pandemic, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın drew attention to the theory-practice balance in course strategies and technologies, and the continuity of contemporary and innovative activities.

Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Yönetim Kurulu kahvaltılı çalıştayı, Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı Ahmet Akbalık’ın ev sahipliğinde Fişekhane’de düzenlendi.

Sektörler hakkında 2022 yılı öngörülerinin değerlendirildiği toplantıda; COVID-19 pandemisinin, ticaret ortaklıklarına ilişkin yol haritalarının ve doların izlediği yolun sektörlerin ilerleyişi için kilit faktörler olduğu belirtildi.

Toplantıda ayrıca pandeminin getirdiği bazı belirsizlikler olsa da küresel ekonominin kaybettiği zeminin büyük ölçüde geri kazanıldığı aktarılarak, Dünya Ticaret Örgütü (DTÖ) verilerine göre 2022 ve 2023 yıllarının tüm sektörler için daha verimli geçeceğinin öngörüldüğü bildirildi.

HIB BOARD MEMBERS MET AT WORKSHOP FOLLOWING BREAKFAST

Service Exporters Association (HİB) Board of Directors workshop following breakfast was hosted by Deputy Chairman of the Board Ahmet Akbalık in Fişekhane.

At the meeting where the predictions for 2022 about the sectors were evaluated; it was stated that the COVID-19 pandemic, roadmaps for trade partnerships and the path of the dollar are key factors for the progress of the sectors.

It was also stated at the meeting that although there were some uncertainties brought about by the pandemic, the ground lost by the global economy was largely regained, and it was reported that 2022 and 2023 will be more productive for all sectors, according to the World Trade Organization (WTO) data.

Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Aralık ayı toplantısı, HİB Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın katılımlarıyla çevrim içi olarak düzenlendi.

Sektörlerin son durumuyla yaşanan sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerinin ele alındığı toplantıda, eğitim sektöründe 2022 yılı öngörüleri değerlendirildi. Toplantıda eğitim sektörüne ilişkin açıklamalarda bulunan Aydın; dünyanın eğitim altyapısının 2022’de yeni teknolojilerin getireceği çözümlere hazırlandığını dile getirerek, yeni teknolojiler yaygınlaştıkça devam eden meslekî gelişim ve yükseköğretim programlarının da sürekli güncelleneceğini belirtti.

Öte yandan COVID-19 pandemisinin ardından uzaktan öğrenme modeline geçişin öğrencilerde yarattığı duygusal sıkıntıların da göz önünde bulundurularak sosyal ve duygusal öğrenmeyi destekleyici eğitim stratejilerinin geliştirileceğini dile getirdi. Aydın, derin öğrenme, makine öğrenimi, yapay zekâ (AI) ve sanal gerçeklik ile blok zinciri gibi yenilikçi teknolojilerin eğitim sisteminde uygulanabilir stratejiler oluşturabileceğini ve bilgi yayılımıyla öğrenci katılımını olumlu yönde etkileyeceğini ifade etti.

“KNOWLEDGE DISTRIBUTION AND STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATION WILL BE POSITIVELY AFFECTED”

Service Exporters’ Association (HIB) December meeting was held online with the participation of the president of HIB Education Committee Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın.

At the meeting where the problems experienced with the latest situation of the sectors and solution suggestions were discussed, the predictions for 2022 in the education sector were evaluated. Aydın made statements about the education sector at the meeting; expressing that the world’s education infrastructure is prepared for the solutions that new technologies will bring in 2022, he stated that the ongoing professional development and higher education programs will be constantly updated as new technologies become widespread.

On the other hand, he stated that educational strategies will be developed to support social and emotional learning by taking into account the emotional distress caused by the transition to the distance learning model after the COVID-19 pandemic. Aydın stated that innovative technologies such as deep learning, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality and blockchain can create applicable strategies in the education system and positively affect student participation through knowledge dissemination.

Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği (HİB) Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı İlker Aycı’nın katılımıyla HİB Arama Konferansı İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesinde (İAÜ) düzenlendi. 

İAÜ Mütevelli Heyeti Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın da katıldığı Arama Konferansında geçen dönem çalışmaları değerlendirilerek yeni yıl çalışmaları hakkında fikir alışverişinde bulunuldu. 

Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, İAÜ’nün vizyonuna yönelik açıklamalarda bulunarak İAÜ’nün kuruluş felsefesinin temeline uluslararasılaşmayı yerleştirdiğini ve dünya insanı yetiştirmeyi kendisine ve kuruma ilke edindiğini söyledi. “Her alanda işin başı eğitimdir.” diyerek sözlerine devam eden Aydın, ihracat büyümesini ilerletmek için tüm kaynakların birleşmesi gerektiğini, sınır ötesi ortaklıkların uygulamalarında eğitimin anahtar olduğunu belirtti.

Başarılı uluslararası büyüme stratejilerinin, ulusal ihracatı genişletme çabası olduğuna dikkat çeken Aydın, ticari misyonlarının ekonomik büyümeyi yönlendirmeye ve istihdam yaratmaya odaklandığını da sözlerine ekledi.

“EDUCATION IS FUNDAMENTAL IN EVERY FIELD”

HIB Search Conference was held at Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) with the participation of İlker Aycı, Chairman of the Board of the Service Exporters’ Association (HIB).

The president of IAU Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın attend the meeting and they evaluated the works of last period and also they shared ideas about projects for a new year.

Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın made statements regarding the vision of IAU and said that IAU placed internationalization at the foundation of its founding philosophy and adopted raising world people as a principle for itself and the institution. “Education is fundamental in every field.” Aydın continued his speech by saying that all resources should be united in order to advance export growth and that education is the key in the implementation of cross-border partnerships.

Pointing out that successful international growth strategies are efforts to expand national exports, Aydın added that their commercial mission is focused on guiding economic growth and creating employment.

HİB Eğitim Komitesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, ziyarete ilişkin yaptığı açıklamada “Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği Yönetim Kurulu olarak Sn. Ticaret Bakanımızı ziyaret ettik. Birliğimizin sorun ve çözüm önerilerini değerlendirdik. Sonuç odaklı yaklaşımlarından dolayı Sn. Bakanımıza ve HİB Başkanımıza şükran sunuyoruz.” ifadelerini kullandı.

A VISITATION FROM HIB BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO MINISTER OF COMMERCE

The Chairman of Service Exporters’ Association (HİB) Board Mr. İlker Aycı and members of the Board of Directors visited  to Minister of Trade of Turkey Mehmet Muş in his office and they exchanged views on service exports.

The Chairman of HIB Education Committee Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın made a statement about the visitation, “As the Board of Directors of the Service Exporters’ Association, we visited our Minister of Trade. We evaluated the problems and solution proposals of our association. Due to his results-oriented approach, we express our gratitude to our Minister and HIB President.”

İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi (İAÜ) Mütevelli Heyet Başkanı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Türk Hava Yolları (THY) Yönetim Kurulu ve İcra Komitesi Başkanı M. İlker Aycı’ya, Japonya Büyükelçisi Suzuki Kazuhiro tarafından verilen ve Çırağan Sarayında düzenlenen “Altın Işıklar Yükselen Güneş Nişanı ve Boyun Bağı” takdim törenine katıldı.

Japonya imparatoru adına verilen devlet nişanını alan en genç isim olan M. İlker Aycı’nın bu nişana layık görülmesinde başta ekonomi ve kültürel alanda olmak üzere Türkiye ve Japonya arasındaki iş birliğini geliştirmeye yönelik çalışmaları rol oynadı.

Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, tören sonrası yaptığı konuşmada “Başkanımızı canı gönülden tebrik ediyoruz. THY ve HİB adına gurur duyduk. Birlikte daha nice başarılara inşallah.” ifadelerini kullandı. 

AN AWARD TO THE CHAIRMAN OF HIB ILKER AYCI FROM JAPAN

The president of IAU Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın attended the “Golden Lights Rising Sun Order and Neck Tie” presentation ceremony held at Çırağan Palace. In the ceremony, Japanese Ambassador Suzuki Kazuhiro presented an award to the chairman of Turkish Airlines Board and Executive Committee M. İlker Aycı.

M. İlker Aycı, who is the youngest person to receive the state medal given in the name of the Emperor of Japan, deserves this award due to his efforts to develop cooperation between Turkey and Japan, especially in the economic and cultural fields.

In his speech after the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın said, “We congratulate our President wholeheartedly. We are proud on behalf of THY and HİB. I hope we achive many more successes together.”
